  Our family stayed at a house offered on Cooperstown Family Rentals last year, and we simply loved it! It was the Milford House. Our friends stayed at Park Place and raved about it as well. The houses are fully equipped with everything you may need, linens, towels, utensils, dishes, and our favorite - BBQ grill. This year our youngest son's baseball team was invited to Dreams Park. We contacted June from Cooperstown Family Rentals once again, and was lucky enough to book at Park Place this time. We are looking forward to our trip back upstate this Summer.

  Beautiful, clean, bright and very spacious, Applefield House was the perfect place to stay. Our family had all the comforts and conveniences of home while enjoying breathtaking views in this hilltop, country setting. We couldn't be happier with Cooperstown Family Rentals.
